CINCINNATI – The University of Cincinnati women's soccer program will conclude its three-match homestand on Sunday afternoon with a matchup against Kansas State for the We Play For 3 game.
Cincinnati's matches will be broadcast on ESPN+ and can be followed at StatBroadcast.

The Bearcats will honor Ally Sidloski, a former midfielder who passed away on May 22, 2021, by announcing the previous and current scholarship winners of the memorial scholarship that is in place. Sidloski wore the number three, which is reflected in the We Play For 3 initiative.
// SERIES HISTORY
This will be the second meeting between the two programs with a 0-0-1 overall series record. The two teams last met 2023, resulting in a 1-1 draw.
// LAST TIME OUT
Cincinnati fell to Kansas, 1-0, inside Gettler Stadium on Thursday night.
Cincinnati brought the defensive pressure in the first half, allowing Kansas to just two shots. Neither team recorded a save or a goal in the first 45 minutes of play. After the break, Kansas came out hard and found success in the 53rd minute with a goal from Lexi Watts.
The Bearcats knocked off seven shots in the second half but were unable to convert. Fifth year Lauren Bastian notched two and Megan Smith, Ellie Flower, Emma Schmelzer, Maddie Swingle and Paige Miller each recorded one.
Four Bearcats remained on the pitch for the full 90 minutes including Fifth year goalkeeper Anna Rexford. This marks her ninth-consecutive as a starter playing the full time.
// FELTON'S ON FIRE
Freshman Rylee Felton was named Co-Freshman of the Week by the Big 12 for the week of 9/4, marking her first weekly accolade and Cincinnati's first of the season.
The Milford, Mich. native has been outstanding in her debut season, scoring in four consecutive matches, including the equalizer against Louisville and a pair of goals against Eastern Michigan. She leads the team with six goals, 13 points, and a .625 SOG%.
// GOALKEEPIN' IT REAL
Fifth-year goalkeeper Anna Rexford has been instrumental in the last nine matches, playing every minute.
She recorded a career-high eight saves and her 16th career shutout vs. Butler and sits sixth all-time in career saves (231). Against Xavier, Rexford finished with five total saves. This marked the 21st game of her career with five or more saves.

The Bearcats boast five different goal scorers and are just four shy of surpassing the total team goals recorded in the entire 2023 season (17).
