WEST POINT, Miss. – The University of Cincinnati men's golf team completed the final round of the Old Waverly Collegiate on Tuesday.
Junior Ryan Ford led the Bearcats in the final round, shooting a three-over par (75). He tallied three birdies in the round, bringing his tournament total to 13 birdies and one eagle. Ford finished tied for 23rd overall, marking his sixth top 25 finish of the season. Ford leads the Bearcats with a season low stroke average of 71.96 heading into the Big 12 Championships.
Leo Wessel (T29), Michael Senn III (T43), William McDonald (T45) and Connor McNeely (T69) followed in order.
UC finished the tournament in seventh place with a team score of 886. Ole Miss claimed the team title, finishing an impressive 35 under par with a total score of 825. Teammates Tom Fischer and Michael La Sasso shared individual honors, each carding a tournament-best 13 under par (203)
