2025-26 (Senior): Competed in all 12 events, posting a 73.31 scoring average…carded seven rounds under par…went 73-69-67 to tie for sixth at the Bearcat Invitational at 4-under…used a second-round 68, a season low, to tie for 30th at the Jim DeLapa Collegiate at 2-over…tied for 14th at the Cullan Brown Collegiate at 1-under..tied for 33rd at the Colleton River Collegiate.
2024-25 (Junior): Competed in 10 events with a 73.33 stroke average...season-low 66 in round three at the Rod Myers Invitational...placed second and finished 8-under-par at the event...finished t-53rd at the 2025 Big 12 Championship.
2023-24 (Sophomore): Led the Bearcats with a 72.10 stroke average...matched his career-low, and was one stroke shy of a UC record, with his 65 to start the Bearcat Invitational...ultimately finished second there, a career best...followed that up with a ninth-place finish in the fall finale at Quail Valley, then an eighth-spot in the Johnnie-O early in the spring...also had an 11th place finish in the opener, setting the tone as he led the team all year long.
2022-23 (Freshman, Butler): One of two Bulldogs to play in all 11 events in addition to the BIG EAST Match Play...his scoring average of 73.2 was second on the team...totaled 32 rounds with a team-best 11 of those coming in at par or better...tied for fifth at the 2023 BIG EAST Men's Golf Championship...his 1-over 217 was highlighted by a four-under 68 in the second round...also posted Top 10 finishes at the Sacred Heart Spring Invitational (T3; 140, -4) and the Butler Don Benbow Spring Invitational (T6; 209, -1)...shot a 5-under 65 in the second round, which was his best round of the season...tied for 17th at the Joe Feaganes Marshall Invitational in September (215, +2)...posted a record of 2-1-0 at the BIG EAST Match Play.
High School: Attended same high school as former Bearcat Ty Gingerich...won the 2020 Indiana Junior Golf Masters Tour Championship...top 2021 results included a win at the Golfweek Junior Tour Event at Chatham Hills, third at Indiana Junior Golf Boys State, and sixth at the AJGA Circle K Junior Championship...made the cut at the 72nd Press Thornton Future Masters Invitational, ultimately finishing 2021 with a stroke play tournament gross scoring average of 73.9...as a freshman at Guerin Catholic, McNeely led his team at the sectional tournament and then fired a 74 in the school's first-ever appearance at the 2019 Indiana state finals, with the team ultimately landing in fourth place...during his junior season (2021), he earned medalist honors in two regular season events as well as the regional championship, and the team finished second in the state finals...in addition to golf, he also competed on the high school basketball team...qualified locally and advanced to compete in the 2017, 2018 and 2019 USKG World Teen Championships at Pinehurst...in 2017, he competed as a Drive, Chip and Putt national finalist at Augusta National in the 12-13-year-old age group.
