The Bearcats competed at the Louisville Invitational and Penn Relays last weekend, where they notched four individual event victories and 11 new UC all-time top 10 marks over the span of both meets.

Sophomore Julitte Laracuente-Huebner broke her own school record in the heptathlon after notching 5698 points. Laracuente-Huebner captured the heptathlon championship by winning five of the seven events and delivering impressive performances throughout the competition.

First Team All-American Fred Moudani-Likibi picked up the victory in the shot put at the historic Penn Relays. The Savigny-Le-Temple, France native posted a throw of 19.43m.

Two other Bearcats had impressive performances in Philly, both claiming top-three finishes in the discus. Graduate student Amanda Ngandu Ntumba took home second place in the women's discus, after she unleashed a toss of 59.54m. On the men's side, graduate student Korbin Spencer moved his way up the program ranks after achieving third in the discus. Spencer launched an incredible 57.02m hurl, improving to second all-time in school history.

After scorching the track with the third-fastest 200m time in program history on day one, sophomore Davenae Fagan continued her dominant weekend by earning a first-place finish in the 400m dash, logging a 53.89 time. Fagan also achieved fourth in the 100m dash after she ran a blazing split of 11.47, the second-fastest time ever recorded in UC history.

Cincinnati excelled in the 1500m dash as graduate student Jed Helker and junior Seth Elking finished simultaneously for first and second place. Helker produced a course record time after logging a 3:42.34 first-place finish, just milliseconds off his personal best time. Elking narrowly trailed Helker as he logged a personal best time of 3:43.16. Elking's time improves him to number three all-time in the school record book.

Clocking a 13.26-second 100m hurdle time, freshman Macaela Walker earned second place in the event. Walker's mark places her fifth all-time in Cincinnati history. Graduate student Justin Wei produced a 14.02-second split in the 110m hurdles. Wei now has the seventh fastest time in school history.
