CINCINNATI -- The Cincinnati track and field program earned a pair of USTFCCCA Great Lakes Region indoor honors in Juliette Laracuente-Huebner (women's athlete) and Chris Wineberg (women's assistant coach of the year).

Laracuente-Huebner did it all at the NCAA DI Indoor Championships, placing second in the pentathlon and fourth in the long jump. She amassed a PR total of 4442 in the pentathlon and set outright PRs in three events at the Big 12 Championships (two for school records), to repeat as the league champion.

In addition to the pentathlon school record, she also claimed the program's top indoor marks in the long jump and 60-meter hurdles.

Wineberg, a 2023 inductee into UC's James P. Kelly Hall of Fame, was an All-American in the decathlon in 2004. He has been on the Bearcats' staff since 2006 and was promoted to assistant head coach in 2015. He is the first Cincinnati coach to claim this regional honor since Lara Rogers in 2021.
