TicketsCINCINNATI — Cincinnati offensive lineman Evan Tengesdahl and punter Max Fletcher have been selected to Pro Football Network’s 2026 Preseason All-America College Football Team, the publication announced on Monday. Tengesdahl earned Second-Team All-America recognition along the offensive line, while Fletcher received Third-Team All-America honors as a punter.
Tengesdahl enters the 2026 campaign as one of the nation's premier interior linemen. Coming off a stellar 2025 season where he started every game at guard and finished as Pro Football Focus’ top-rated interior lineman in the Big 12, Tengesdahl anchors a Bearcats unit that allowed just eight sacks last year. This selection marks his fifth Preseason All-America accolade of the summer.
Fletcher continues to solidify his standing as a game-changing special teams asset. In his first action since 2023, the Melbourne, Australia native and son of Australian Football League legend Dustin Fletcher, earned All-Big 12 honors in 2025 after averaging 45.4 yards per punt (41 punts), launching 14 punts of 50-plus yards and pinning 18 inside the opponent’s 20-yard line. His precision helped push Cincinnati to 21st nationally in net punting (41.71) and earned him Big 12 Special Teams Player of the Week honors following his performance against UCF. Off the field, Fletcher turned his performance into community impact by donating $360 to Cincinnati’s Save the Animals Foundation, pledging $20 for every punt placed inside the 20-yard line.
Fletcher anchors a returning specialist trio alongside sixth-year kicker Stephen Rusnak (13-of-17 field goals, perfect 47-of-47 PATs in 2025) and PFF All-Big 12 long snapper Eli Stein (four punt coverage tackles).
