2022 Season (CMU): Made 13 appearances, all out of the bullpen… Went 1-0 with two saves and a 5.09 ERA… Struck out 18 and walked eight in 17 2/3 innings… Opposing batters hit .218 against him.
2021 Season (UT Martin): Was one of the team’s most trusted options out of the bullpen, ranking second on the squad with 20 appearances (including a start at Belmont on March 30)… Went 1-2 with a save and a 6.45 ERA, fanning 35 batters over 37.2 innings of work… Went more than one inning on 14 different occasions, including a season-long 3.1 frames in the frontend of the March 12 doubleheader against Belmont… Was responsible for seven scoreless appearances, including a six-out save at No. 22 Alabama on Feb. 24… Also hurled three innings of scoreless baseball (only one hit and no walks allowed) in the frontend of the April 9 doubleheader at SIUE, whiffing a career-best five hitters in the process… Additionally equaled his career-high with five strikeouts against Southeast Missouri (April 13) and at Southeast Missouri (May 20)… Was responsible for nine multi-strikeout appearances… Best stretch of the season came during three appearances from April 2 through April 13, posting a miniscule 1.13 ERA in eight innings… Held the opposition to a .213 batting average (10-of-47) with two outs… Was named to the Athletic Director’s Honor Roll for both the fall and spring semesters... Was named to the OVC Commissioner's Honor Roll.
2020 Season (UT Martin): Was one of the team’s most effective relievers as a true freshman during the shortened season… Ranked in the top-eight in the Ohio Valley Conference in least doubles allowed (two, fourth), appearances (eight, fifth) and least hits allowed (15, eighth)… Tossed 17 innings, allowing only 15 hits and fanning 12 batters while limiting opponents to a paltry .227 batting average… Earned the mound victory on Feb. 22 against Siena, throwing a career-high four scoreless innings while allowing just one hit (a single) to go along with a season-best three strikeouts… Began his collegiate career with 12 scoreless innings over parts of six outings… Went multiple innings on five different occasions, reaching season-highs of four innings in the aforementioned game against Siena (Feb. 22) and at Mercer (March 1)… Held the opposition to a miniscule .216 batting average (8-for-37) with runners on base... Was named to the Athletic Director's Honor Roll for both the fall and spring semesters... Was named to the OVC Commissioner's Honor Roll.
High School: Was a lockdown reliever for St. John Vianney High School… Earned a nod on the 2019 All-Metro Catholic Conference first team after notching a Missouri single-season state record with eight saves… Made 21 appearances out of the bullpen as a senior, boasting a 1.01 ERA with 19 hits allowed, eight walks and 36 strikeouts, limiting batters to a .186 batting average, .252 on-base percentage and .186 slugging percentage over 27.2 innings of work… Was part of the 2018 Golden Griffin squad that finished the season ranked third nationally after a Missouri Class 5A state title… Earned All-MCC second team status as a junior, going 4-0 with five saves and a 1.72 ERA in 15 appearances… Held the opposition to a .156 batting average, .207 on-base percentage and .169 slugging percentage in 2018, fanning 17 batters against just three walks in 20.1 innings… Was named as a Preseason All-American honorable mention for the Central Region by Perfect Game in 2019… Captured 2018 WWBA 17U National Championship all-tournament accolades.
