Adam Luckey
Adam Luckey was elevated to full-time Director of Baseball Operations in July 2025 after serving the Cincinnati baseball program in a variety of capacities over six seasons. In his role, he oversees the program’s daily operations, manages departmental initiatives, coordinates community outreach and fundraising efforts, cultivates relationships with alumni and boosters, assists with on-campus recruiting events, and directs the planning, budgeting, and coordination of team travel.
 
A Cincinnati, Ohio native, Luckey has been an integral part of the program since his time as a student manager, when he spent four seasons supporting baseball operations and equipment as an undergraduate. He later served two seasons as the program’s Assistant Director of Baseball Operations while completing his graduate studies, further expanding his role in the day-to-day management of the team.
 
Luckey is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati, where he earned his bachelor's degree in marketing from the Lindner College of Business in May 2023. He went on to receive his master’s degree in Sport Administration in December 2025.
 
During Luckey’s tenure with the program, Cincinnati Baseball has advanced the last two seasons to two consecutive NCAA Regionals, reflecting a period of continued growth and success for the Bearcats.
 
Originally from Memphis, Tennessee, Luckey has resided in Cincinnati, Ohio, since 2013 and attended Archbishop McNicholas High School.
