2024 XC: Ran in six meets…Finished 19th in the 4k at the Sam Bell Invitational with a 14:52.6 time… Secured a time 21:54.3 in the 6k at the NCAA Great Lakes Region XC Championship.
HIGH SCHOOL: Attended River Dell High School, running cross country and track (1500m & 800m) on varsity all four years… A two-time state champion…. In her freshman season, she claimed the 3200m state champion and was the 800m state champion her sophomore season... Four-year honor roll and a national honor society member.
PERSONAL: A native of River Edge, N.J., born on June 15, 2006… Daughter of David Allen and Cara Lamendola… Has one brother Jonathan and one sister Samantha… Has been a volunteer firefighter since she was 16. Spent six weeks last summer doing intense fire academy training eight hours a day… Hopes to become a police officer or firefighter after graduation. Plans to major in Criminal Justice.
