2025 OTF: Competed in five meets... Notched a sixth-place finish in the 1500m at the Oliver Nikoloff Invitational after logging a time of 4:35.67... Ran a personal best 4:31.50 in the 1500m at the Jesse Owens Classic to claim 25th.
2025 ITF: Competed in four meets... Dominated at the Rod McCravy Memorial as she finished first in the 800m with a time of 2:15.67 and first in the 1,000m with a time of 2:54.64... Placed fifth in the DMR with a time of 12:12.92 at the Crossroads of America Invitational... Ran a 2:14.66 in the 800m to finish fifth at the Husker Invitational...
2024 XC: Ran in six meets…Finished 19th in the 4k at the Sam Bell Invitational with a 14:52.6 time… Secured a time 21:54.3 in the 6k at the NCAA Great Lakes Region XC Championship. 

HIGH SCHOOL: Attended River Dell High School, running cross country and track (1500m & 800m) on varsity all four years… A two-time state champion…. In her freshman season, she claimed the 3200m state champion and was the 800m state champion her sophomore season... Four-year honor roll and a national honor society member.
 
PERSONAL: A native of River Edge, N.J., born on June 15, 2006… Daughter of David Allen and Cara Lamendola… Has one brother, Jonathan and one sister, Samantha… Has been a volunteer firefighter since she was 16. Spent six weeks last summer doing intense fire academy training eight hours a day… Hopes to become a police officer or firefighter after graduation. Plans to major in Criminal Justice.
