Omari Prince joined the Cincinnati men's basketball staff as a graduate assistant for the 2023-24 season, and he now serves as the video coordinator.
Prince previously was an assistant coach at Prolific Prep in Napa, Calif., from 2021-23. He also served as a student manager and video coordinator at his alma mater, Cal State Fullerton, where he graduated with his bachelor's degree in 2021.
Prince also served as a Peer Educator with Team INC, a nonprofit organization that teaches the youth STEM and sports technology which includes MyVideoAnalyser, SportsCode, Synergy and more.
As a student in his earlier undergraduate years, Prince spent time with the 2017-2018 Golden State Warriors in an internship role which was capped off with an NBA Championship. Most recently, he also served as a part time team attendant for the 2019-2020 Los Angeles Lakers before the COVID-19 shutdown, in which the season was capped off with an NBA Championship.
The native of Fairfield, California, received his associate's degree in business from Napa Valley College before moving on to Cal State Fullerton.
