A standout midfielder from Benet Academy in Lisle, Illinois, Kurelko wrapped up a decorated four-year lacrosse career under head coach Amanda Kammes... Made an immediate impact as a freshman, scoring 58 goals and 30 assists while helping the Redwings to a 19-4 record and a sectional championship... Continued her rise as a sophomore with 81 goals and 34 assists before breaking out her junior season, netting 85 goals and 35 assists as Benet posted a 23-3 mark and finished as state championship runner-up... As a senior, she tallied 80 goals and 10 assists, surpassing 300 career goals while earning East Suburban Catholic Conference Offensive Player of the Year honors... A four-year letterwinner, two-time captain, and All-American, she also earned four All-Conference and All-Sectional nods, along with two First-Team and one Second-Team All-State selections... Beyond the field, she excelled academically as a National Honor Society member, Honors with Highest Distinction student, and recipient of department awards in mathematics and social studies... Participated in basketball as a freshman, the EmpowHer club, and served as a student election judge... Competed with Lakeshore National Premier.
