Ella Rogers

Ella Rogers joined Cincinnati's women's soccer coaching staff in July of 2025 and enters her first season as an assistant coach.

Returning to her home state of Ohio, Ella Rogers joins Cincinnati after spending her senior year at Arkansas, where she played as a midfielder.

During her season with the Razorbacks, she recorded one goal and three assists and posted a .429 shots-on-goal percentage. Rogers also suited up for the Razorbacks’ women’s basketball team in 2024, making three appearances.

Prior to Arkansas, Rogers spent three seasons at Xavier, where she started 65 games, tallied eight goals, 93 shots (39 on goal), and three game-winning goals.

Rogers earned BIG EAST Freshman of the Year, Second Team All-BIG EAST and All-Freshman Team honors. She helped Xavier capture the 2021 BIG EAST Regular Season Championship and secure the program's first at-large bid to the NCAA Tournament. 

She is a 2024 graduate of Arkansas and earned a bachelor's degree in interdisciplinary studies.
