TicketsZach Tamburello enters his third season as an assistant coach with the University of Cincinnati women's lacrosse program. Tamburello joined the Bearcats in 2024 following a season as an assistant coach at Stanford University. He helped the Cardinal capture a Pac-12 Championship while coaching an offense that ranked No. 14 nationally and averaged 15.11 goals per game. Also helped develop the Pac-12 Freshman of the Year and Pac-12 Goalie of the Year.
Prior to Stanford, Tamburello spent time as an assistant coach at Bryant University, where he oversaw recruiting and offensive coordination. He helped the Bulldogs lead the conference in points per game and assists per game while establishing program records for points per game and goals per game.
Tamburello spent five seasons at Roanoke College, serving as both an assistant coach and head coach. As head coach in 2022, led the Maroons to a 16-5 record and the program's first NCAA Tournament appearance since 2009. He guided Roanoke to its first IWLCA top-25 ranking since 2009, reaching No. 24 nationally. Coached eight All-Conference selections, four IWLCA All-Region honorees and one IWLCA All-American, while also guiding the program to its first conference Player of the Year award since 2016.
Prior to Roanoke, Tamburello served as an assistant coach at Pomona-Pitzer College in Claremont, Calif.
Graduated from Radford University in 2010 with a degree in Exercise, Sport and Health Education.
