Bearcats Ticketmaster Help Guide

It’s time! Your new Bearcats Ticket Office Account is ready for you to log in and to access your ticket and donation information! Please read the below carefully as it explains how-to access your account. Don't worry, your Bearcats Ticket Office representative is here to help. As we work through this transition, please feel free to reach out with questions, comments or concerns at uc.tickets@uc.edu or (513) 556-2287. Hours of operation are 8:30 a.m. - 5 p.m., Monday-Friday.

Action needed:

  • Visit the log-in page at am.ticketmaster.com/bearcats and log in.
    • Use the below “How-To” guides to help your login process. The initial process should take anywhere between 3-5 minutes.
    • Verify that your account information is correct.
  • Update your credit card/payment information to ensure billing plans and ease of purchasing tickets in the future
  • Accounts that had previously been on a bill plan or had a balance due will see an invoice on the “Invoice” page. Either re-sign up for a bill plan or pay off the balance to avoid delays with ticket access and management.
  • Ticket purchases on your account manager can begin Tuesday, July 8.
  • As previously communicated, please add gobearcats@engage.ticketmaster.com to your safe senders list. This email address will be used to officially communicate to you through the transition of our ticketing platforms.

Anticipated Timeline for Ticket On-Sales:

  • July 8: First day of transactions (football season tickets and mini-plans) 
  • July 13: Football Single Game Pre-sale information sent to fans 
  • July 14: Football Single Game Pre-sale Available
  • July 18: General Public Football singles on sale; 50 days to home opener 
  • July 22: VB seat selection
  • July 28: Football ticket transfer and re-sale available
  • September 2025:  
    • Basketball tickets available on account (once schedules are released)
    • Football renewals and auto-payment information sent to fans

Signing In/Creating an Account

Ticketmaster Account Manager is the new home of the Cincinnati Bearcats ticket office and UCATS. Sign in to renew, purchase and manage your tickets – as well as donate to a UCATS fund.

STEP 1

Navigate to am.ticketmaster.com/bearcats and select ‘Sign In’ in the top right corner. (We recommend that you bookmark this page for future use.)

Cincinnati Athletics has created your account using the email address associated with your existing UC Tickets/eVenue account.

If you already have a Ticketmaster account using the same email address as your existing UC Tickets/eVenue account, please use the “Linked Ticketmaster Account” instructions below. If that email is not associated with Ticketmaster, please use the “New Users” instructions below.

STEP 2

Linked Ticketmaster Account: If the email address associated with your UC Tickets/eVenue account is the same as a current Ticketmaster account, you will be able to log in using the same login information.


New Users: If the email address address on your UC Tickets/eVenue is not associated with Ticketmaster: 

  • Enter your email address at the Sign In screen
  • Click “Continue”
  • If the email is not recognized, Ticketmaster will ask you to create your account with a password, first name, last name, and zip code
  • Next, you will need to verify your email and phone number
  • Once verified, click “Done” to login
  • Read and scroll through both the Ticketmaster and University of Cincinnati Terms and Conditions (Please note – that you must scroll to the bottom of each)
  • Once complete, click “Agree” to continue to your account

STEP 3

Once you sign in, please click your name in the menu bar and review/edit the information under “My Profile.” We recommend adding payment information ASAP to save time in the future. Your previous payment information was not transferred to Ticketmaster.

Buying Tickets

Once you sign in, please click 'Buy Tickets' in the menu bar.

STEP 4

Select the sport that you are looking to purchase and follow the Ticketmaster buy flow.

Paying an Invoice

Once you sign in, please click 'Invoice' in the menu bar. If you have season tickets for multiple sports, you will see an invoice for each sport. You will need to go through the payment process for each individual invoice.

On your invoice, you will see the cost of the tickets as well as any required donations associated with your seats. To make a payment, select one of the payment options: 'Pay in Full' or 'Payment Plan.' You will then add your payment method. If you would like to use multiple cards, select 'Split Payment.'

After you have accepted the terms and conditions, please click 'Pay Now.' Your payment will then be processed and you will receive a confirmation email from 'Cincinnati Bearcats <noreply@ticketmaster.com>.'
