Prior to UC: Dailey ran for D-III John Carroll University for four years, earning a degree in Sports Studies. Dailey racked up the accolades in his career. For cross country in 2021, was a USTFCCA Academic All-American, NCAA Division III All-American, Great Lakes All-Region, and first-team All-OAC. On the track side, Dailey was the 2022 NCAA Division III 5000m National Champion and an All-American in the 10000m, 3,000m, and 5,000m during the outdoor season. He is also a two-time USTFCCCA Academic All-American for cross country and track and field. Dailey had a stellar high school career. Earned All-State honors for cross country. Was a three-time All-Region, three-time All-District, and four-time All-Conference runner. Also awarded Runner of the Year for Bay High school.
