2025 OTF: Competed in five meets... Notched a career best at the Big 12 Championships in the 400m hurdles after logging a time of 52.68 for 21st place... Brought home sixth place at the Jesse Owens Classic in the 400m hurdles (52.79)... Victorious at the Oliver Nikoloff Invitational with a time of 53.37 at the Oliver Nikoloff Invitational... Snagged fifth at the Clark Wood Open in the 400m hurdles (53.31).
2025 ITF: Competed in four meets… At the Big 12 Championships, he ran a personal best time of 8.19 in the 60m hurdles and placed 19th… At the Rod McCravy Memorial, he ran a personal best time of 34.65 in the 300m and placed 14th overall... At the Music City Challenge, he clocked a personal best time of 49.48 in the 400m and finished in 24th place.
HIGH SCHOOL: Attended DuPont Manual, running track (300m hurdles, 60m hurdles & 200m) A three-time state champion... In his junior season, he claimed the 300m hurdles state championship and was the 60m hurdles and 200m indoor state champion in his senior season... For Westside Track Club, he was a 400m hurdle AAU National Champion in 2022 and AAU 400m hurdle National Silver medalist in 2023... Graduated as an AP Scholar with Honors.
PERSONAL: A native of Louisville, Kentucky, born on February 20, 2006, in Jamaica... Son of Romaine Knight... Born in Jamaica and immigrated to the United States when he was seven, a first-generation college student... Plans to major in Mechanical Engineering.
