2012-13 (Junior): Finished fourth in the 3000m steeplechase and seventh in the 1500m at the All-Ohio Outdoor Championships...took sixth in the steeplechase at the BIG EAST Outdoor Championships.
2011-12 (Sophomore): Took second in the 3000m steeplechase at the Alabama Relays...ran a personal-best time of 1:57.64 in the 800m and 3:58.71 in the 1500m at the Oliver Nickoloff Invitational...won the 3000m steeplechase at the All-Ohio Outdoor Championships in a personal-best time of 9:09.86...finished 10th int he steeplchase at the BIG EAST Outdoor Championships.
2010-11 (Freshman): Ran a personal-best indoor time of 8:51.10 in the 3000m at the Hoosier Hills...finished fifth at the All-Ohio Outdoor Championships in the 3000m steeplechase...recorded a personal-best time of 15:48.20 in the 5000m at the Louisville Cardinal Twilight.
High School:Four-year letterwinner and two-time captain in both cross country and track...two-time academic all-state selection in both cross country and track...an all-state selection in cross country during senior season...was the district champion in the 1600 meters during junior season...helped Gahanna Lincoln to three league titles, three district championships, two regional crowns, and a state championship...posted personal records of 4:23.25 in the 1600m and 10:06.99 in the 3200m.
