QUICK NOTES: Ranks third all-time in the indoor 1,000m run after running 2:28.50 in 2016… also a member of two high-ranking relays, including the school-record-tying outdoor 4x1500m relay (16:00.58) and the second-ranked indoor distance medley (9:57.82).
2015-16 SEASONS
2016 OUT (JR): Raced in the mid-distance events… finished 13th in the 800m run at the American Athletic Conference Championships with a PR 1:52.59… competed in the 1,500m on two occasions, posting a best of 4:08.13 for the year… ran on a trio of relays, including the 4x400m, 4x1500m and distance medley… helped the 4x1500m relay run 16:00.58 to finish fourth at the Raleigh Relays while also tying the school record.
2016 IN (SO*): Placed 13th in the 800m run at the American Athletic Conference Championships… helped both relays score at the conference event, including a runner-up finish for the distance medley relay that ran 9:57.82 to post the second-best time in UC history… ran on the 4x400m relay that finished fifth overall in 3:16.73… ran the 1,000m event at the SPIRE DI Invitational and turned in a time of 2:28.50, the third-best in UC history.
2014-15 SEASONS
2015 OUT (SO): Ran a season-best 1:53.62 in the 800m at the Kentucky Relays… competed in the 800m run at the American Outdoor Championships… runner-up in the 800m at the Oliver Nikoloff… helped the sprint medley relay team to third place at the season-opening Walt Disney Open.
2015 IN (FR*): Collected team points at the American Indoor Championships by helping the distance medley relay team to a seventh-place showing… finished third in the 800m at the Kentucky Invitational in 1:54.63 to run his fastest indoor 800m time.
2013-14 SEASONS
2014 OUT (FR): Ran a season-best 1:54.10 in the 800m at the American Outdoor Championships… opened the year running the 400m (51.45) and 800m at the Alabama Relays.
2014 IN (FR): Redshirted.
High School: Eight-time All-League honoree... state runner-up at 800m as a senior and sixth as a junior... two-time district and regional champion in the 800m run... had personal-bests of 49.8 in the 400m dash and 1:54.11 in the 800m run... also played basketball and soccer for four seasons... member of the National Honor Society... named a Buckeye Boys All-State member.
