2022 ITF: Completed in three meets during the season. At the American Indoor Track and Field Championships she placed 8th with a time of 2:14.33. She was also part of the DMR team that won thier race with a time of 11:26.86. At the Music City Challenge. She set a new personal record in the 600m with a time of 1:35.10.
2022 OTF: Competed in 2 meets during the season. At the Oliver Nikoloff Invitational she was part of the 4x400m team that won thier race.
2020-21 Seasons
2021 OTF (FR): At the Oliver Nikoloff Invitational, Licht got her initial first-place finish of the outdoor season with a time of 2:12.34 in the 800m dash… at Kentucky, she had PR with a time of 2:10.10 in the 800 meters which also made for a UC top-5 all time...at the Tennessee Relays, Licht took first place in the women’s distance medley relay with a 11:27.93, beating the current school record by 18 seconds... at AAC outdoor conference championships, Licht placed 10th in a crazy fast field finishing in 2:10.
2021 ITF (FR): Licht was part of the women’s distance medley team that recorded the victory at the H-Town Speed Series with a time of 12:00.07.
HIGH SCHOOL: A 2018 graduate of Nordonia High School (Macedonia, Ohio)… seven-time placer at the state meet, including a sixth-place showing in the 800m as a senior to earn All-Ohio accolades… helped the 4x400m relay to four Top 8 finishes, including third her junior and senior seasons… also was a member of the 4x800m relay that placed in the Top 8 her freshman and sophomore seasons… team won the conference title all four years and added two district and one regional crown… team finished eighth in the state her senior year… also competed for the varsity soccer team (four years), varsity swimming & diving team (three years) and cross country (one year)… earned all-conference in soccer and qualified for the district swim meet during her career… played club soccer for five years as well.
