QUICK HITS: Ranks #2 on the UC all-time list in the discus (50.31m/165’ 1”) and ranks 3rd (15.95m/52’ 4”) and 4th (15.82m/51’ 11”) respectively in indoor and outdoor shot put. Freshman record holder in both the shot put and discus.
2019-20 SEASONS
2020 OTF (SO): No season was conducted because of the COVID-19 global pandemic.
2020 ITF (SO): Achieved a 3rd place finish at the American Indoor Track and Field Championships in the shot put with a throw of 15.40m. Set a new weight throw personal record of 16.08m (52’ 9.25”).
2018-19 SEASONS
2019 OTF (FR): Set the freshman record in the discus throwing 50.31m (165’ 1”). Placed 5th and 8th in the shot put and discus at the American Outdoor Track and Field Championships. Qualified for NCAA Preliminaries in both the shot put and discus. Also qualified for the USATF U20 Championships in both the shot put and the discus.
2019 ITF (FR): Set the freshman record in the shot put, 15.95m (52’ 4”) at the American Indoor Track and Field Championships good for a runner-up performance.
HIGH SCHOOL: A 2018 graduate of Waverly High School (Lansing, Mich.)… won the 2018 state title in the discus with a state record toss of 163-09… added a second-place finish in the shot put at the same meet… finished second and fifth in the discus as a junior, respectively, after placing third and second, respectively, as a sophomore… swept both events at the conference meet her last three years… placed fifth at the New Balance Outdoor Nationals in the shot put in 2018 to earn All-America honors… took second in both throws at the Midwest Meet of Champions in 2018… in 2017, competed in the AAU Junior Olympic Games, finishing second in the shot put.
