2021 OTF (JR): At the Tennessee Relays’ Heptathlon in April, Spears claimed 4th in the 100m hurdles (14.35), 8th in the high jump (1.46, 4-9.50), 4th in the shot put (11.21m), and 9th in the 200m dash (26.51)… in the women’s Heptathlon at the AAC championships, Spears recorded 15th in the high jump, leaping 1.55m.
2019-20 SEASONS
2020 OTF (SO): No season was conducted because of the COVID-19 global pandemic.
2020 ITF (SO): Achieved a seasonal best performance at the American Indoor Track and Field Championships for an 8th place finish.
2018-19 SEASONS
2019 OTF (FR): Had a breakthrough meet in the heptathlon at the Tennessee Relays improving her personal best by over 500 points and moving to #10 on the UC all-time list. Earned an 8th place finish at the American Outdoor Track & Field Championships in the heptathlon.
2019 ITF (FR): Set a personal best in the pentathlon at the American Indoor Track & Field Championships which earned her the #8 spot in UC history and 7th place in the meet.
HIGH SCHOOL: A 2018 graduate of Westfield High School (Westfield, Ind.)… recorded a personal-best score of 4,248 points in the heptathlon at the 2017 AAU Junior Olympic Games, placing fourth in the event… posted four individual event PRs in the process, which included the 800m (2:19.04), the 100m hurdles (15.71), 200m (25.52) and shot put (30-11.25)… twice competed in the state meet for WHS, helping the 4x800m relay to a sixth place showing and the 4x400m relay to ninth place at the 2017 meet… as a senior, recorded a PR of 57.23 in the regional meet to finish fourth and added a PR long jump mark at the same meet (18-00.75) to finish third.
