2024 ITF: Ran in four meets… Finished top 10 in all three meets… Placed sixth in the 3000m at the Music City Challenge with a career-best 9:51.79 time… eighth in the 3000m at the Indiana Invitational (10:11.05) and 10th in the 3000m at the 2024 Frank Sevigne Husker Invitational (9:58.29).
2024 OTF: Participated in three meets… Ran a personal best 4:45.74 in the 1500m at the Clark Wood Open 2024.
2023-24 XC: Competed in four meets… Finished 24th in the 5k at the RedHawk Rumble (19:53.0)… In the Bradley Pink Classic, she placed 25th in the 6k (23.18.6).
2022-23 SEASONS
2022 XC: Competed in six meets during the season… Made her second career appearance at the NCAA Great Lakes Regional where she place 114th with a 6k time of 22:24.5… Scored points at the AAC Cross Country Championships as she placed 60th overall with a time of 23:05.5.
2023 ITF: Competed in five meets during the season… Ran in two events at the AAC Indoor Track and Field Championships and recorded a personal best in the women’s 3000m with a time of 9:57.24… Her 3000m time ended the season as the 10th best in program history… She placed fourth overall in the 3000n at the Louisville Classic.
2023 OTF: Competed in one meet during the season, the Raleigh Relays where she ran the 5000m.
2021-22 SEASONS:
2022 OTF: Competed in five meets during the season. Set a personal record of 17:27.40 at the Tennessee Relays. At the American Outdoor Track and Field Championships, she placed 22 overall in the 5,000m with a time of 18:11.66.
2022 ITF: Competed in two meets during the season. Ran a personal record of 10:04.15 (25th) in the 3,000m at the American Indoor Track and Field Championships.
2021 XC: Ran a personal best 18:30.9 in the 5k at the Butler Twilight Invite and a personal best 21:57.5 in the 6k at the NCAA Division I Great Lakes Regional Championships.
2020-21 SEASONS
2021 OTF: Ran a personal best 18:15.01 in the 5,000m at the Oliver Nikoloff Invitational. Also ran a personal best 10:21.26 in the 3,000m at the Kentucky Invitational.
2021 ITF: Did not compete.
2021 XC: Ran a collegiate personal best 22:15.3 at the American Athletic Conference Cross-Country Championships.
2019-20 SEASONS
2020 OTF: No season was conducted because of the COVID-19 global pandemic.
2020 ITF: Posted PRs in a pair of events... ran a best of 5:09.16 in the mile at McCravy Memorial... also ran 3:03.11 in the 1,000m run at the Hoosier Open.
2019 XC: Raced once on the year... debuted at the Queen City Invitational where she placed 76th overall in 20:16.3.
HIGH SCHOOL: A 2019 graduate of Medina High School (Medina, Ohio)... three-time varsity letter winner in cross country and track & field... three-time state qualifier in cross country, placing a best of 60th as a freshman and 75th as a senior... twice earned all-conference honors, placing 11th and 12th in those same years... as a team, MHS placed sixth in the state her sophomore and senior years and were 10th her freshman season... helped the team her senior year to a seventh-place finish in the Nike Midwest Region Championships as well... team won three conference titles, including two in cross country and one in track... on the track, raced at the state meet five times... indoors, took seventh in the 1,600m as a senior after finishing eighth her junior year with the 4x800m relay... was ninth outdoor in the 4x800m her junior year and fifth her senior year... also was 13th in the 800m her senior year... helped the 4x800m and 4x1600m relays qualify for the New Balance Outdoor National Championships.
