2022ITF: Competed in three meets during the season. At the American Indoor Track and Field Championships, he set a personal record in the 3,000m with a time of 8:07.2 (7th) and placed fourth overall in the 5,000m. At the Music City Challenge, he set a personal record in the 5,000m with a time of 14:12.35.
Prior to UC: He was a member of Iowa States' track and field program for four years… He earned All-Big 12 cross-country honors from 2017-20 and All-Midwest Region cross-country honors from 2017-19… In his senior season, he placed 146th at the NCAA cross-country championships.. As a junior, he helped Iowa State to a fourth place showing at the NCAA Championship, the Cyclones’ best finish in the last 25 years, finishing 72nd individually with a time of 31:41.3… He is also a four-time USTFCCCA All-Academic honoree. In 2020 he helped Iowa state secure an indoor team championship.

2017 Nebraska State Track and Field champion in the 1600, runner-up finisher in the 3200… finished runner-up at the 2016 and 2015 Nebraska State Cross Country meet… finished in the top-35 at 2016 Nike Cross Country Nationals… won both the 1600 and 3200 at the 2016 Nebraska State Track and Field Championship… competed for Omaha Westside High School.
