2024 ITF:  Did not compete.
2024 OTF:Participated in three meets… Personal best 1500m at the Clark Wood Open 2024 coming in 15th… At the 2024 Oliver Nikoloff, he finished fourth in the 5000m finishing fourth.
2023-24 XC:  Ran in five meets… Finished 67th in the 8k at the Big 12 Championships (24:58.1)... At the NCAA Division I Great Lakes Region Cross Country Championships, he logged a 31:52.7 10k time placing 111th.

2022-23 SEASONS
2022 XC: appeared in five meets during the season… Finished 67th in his first appearance in the NCAA Great Lakes Regional with a 10k personal best of 31:31.8… At the Live in Lou Classic he ran a personal best 8k with a time of 24:36.7… At the AAC Championships he had his best finish ever at the meet placing 25 with a time of 24:54.5 and was the third Bearcat to finish the race.
2023 ITF: Competed in two meets during the season… Won the 5000m at the Gladstein Invitational with a time of 14:44.88. Finished ninth in the 3000m with a time of 8:32.01 at the Alex Wilson Invite.
2023 OTF: Competed in one meet during the season, the Oliver Nikoloff, and finished 17th in the 5000m.

2021-22 SEASONS
2021 XC:
Competed in four meets during the season. Recorded a personal record at the FSU Invite 8k with a time of 26:05.1.
2022OTF: Competed in three meets during the season. At the Indiana Invitational, he set a personal record with a time of 14:37.50 in the 5,000m. In the 10,000m race at the American Outdoor Track and Field Championships, he recorded a personal record time of 31:45.18 in the 10,000m race, placing ninth overall.

2019-20 SEASONS
2020 OTF (FR): No season was conducted because of the COVID-19 global pandemic.
2020 ITF (FR): Redshirted.
2019 XC (FR): Toed the line four times for the Bearcats... made his debut at the Queen City Invitational where he finished 19th overall in 15:40.7, a personal-best time... ran a PR 26:46.9 in his 8,000m debut at the Rhodes Invitational where he was 67th overall... took 78th in his conference debut as he ran 27:36.4 at the AAC meet.
 
HIGH SCHOOL: A 2019 graduate of Cathedral High School (Indianapolis)... competed in cross country and track & field all four years... in cross country, helped the Fighting Irish to runner-up honors at the state meet in 2018 after placing fifth in 2017... team captured four city, three conference, four sectional, one regional and one semi-state crown in his time... individually, started his career winning the freshman title at the city championships and was named his team’s freshman of the year... followed up with three-consecutive years of earning all-city, all-conference and all-section honors... placed 68th at the state meet as a junior before placing 44th his senior season... on the track, earned all-state accolades four times, including winning the DMR as a junior after being fifth as a sophomore... added seventh place in the 4x800m his junior year and fifth in the same event as a senior... captured the city’s freshman titles in the 800m, 1,600m and 3,200m events his rookie year... earned all-city honors in the 4x800m (3x), 3,200m (2x) and 1,600m (1x) to go along with a trio of all-conference honors in both the 4x800m and 3,200m runs... earned sectional honors six times and all-region three times... helped his team to city titles all four years to go along with a pair of conference crowns... earned Eagle Scout honors... member of the National Honor Society and a four-time selection as IHSA Academic All-State... is the second from his family to compete in track and cross country at the collegiate level following his dad, David, who ran for Monmouth.
