2020-21 SEASON
2021 OTF (SO): She won her first career AAC title in the outdoor high jump, recording a jump of 1.82m at the AAC Championships...At the NCAA East Prelims, Beard placed 9th with a career-tying 1.82m in the high jump and qualified for the NCAA championships.... Finished in 16th place at NCAA Championships... she also qualified and competed at the 2020 Olympic Track and Field Trials.
2021 ITF (SO): Recorded a personal best 1.83m at the H-Town Speed Series, the the fourth best jump recorded in school history...At the NCAA Indoor Championships,, she claimed 13th with a jump of 1.76m and earned an All-American nod and national ranking at the end of the season.
2019-20 SEASON
2020 OTF (FR): No season was conducted because of the COVID-19 global pandemic.
2020 ITF (FR): Placed 6th at the American Indoor Track and Field Championships in the high jump.
HIGH SCHOOL: A 2019 graduate of John Handley High School (Winchester, Virginia)… Seven- time Virginia state champion in the high jump… Set the Virginia high school state record her senior year clearing 6’ 0.5” and was the first girl in 43 years to jump over 6’ 0” in high school in the state of Virginia… won state titles in her final state meet in the high jump, long jump, and triple jump.
