2023 ITF: Competed in three meets during the season… Set a personal best of 10:35.32 in the 3000m at the Gladstein Invitational where she finished eighth… At the Meyo Invitational she recorded a personal best 5000m time of 18:10.03.

High School: A native of Loveland, Ohio She attended Loveland High School... During her senior year She qualified for the OHSAA DI State Cross Country Championships and recorded a 5k time of 19:09.0... Ran a personal best 5k at the Loveland Sunset Invitational with a time of 18:32.7, winning the race... She earned All-Distrct honors after a third place finish at the OHSAA South West District Meet.
Personal: Born Emeline "Emmy" Sager on June 2, 2004...During her time at UC she plans on majoring in Health Science and Pre-Occupational Therapy.
