AAC INDOOR ALL-CONFERENCE: 2023 DMR (Champion)
2023-24 SEASONS
2024 ITF: Competed in five meets… Came in second in the 800m at the 2024 Rod McCravy Memorial Track & Field Meet (1:51.76)… Ran a personal best 600m (1:20.37) at the Music City Challenge finishing ninth… Placed fourth in the mile at the 2023 Rod McCravy Memorial Track & Field Meet (4:10.49)… At the Clemson Bob Pollock Invitational, he clocked a mile time of 4:10.49 ending in fourth.
2024 OTF:Participated in five meets… First place finish in the 800m at the Clark Wood Open 2024 (1:51.40)… Had an exceptional outing at the Big 12 Outdoor Track & Field Championship coming in 12th place in both the 800m with a personal best time of 1:49.16 and the 4X400 with a time of 3:19.01…
2023-24 XC: Ran in two meets… Ran a 18:44.0 6k at the RedHawk Rumble finishing 15th.
2022-23 SEASONS
2023 ITF: Competed in five meets during the season…Was part of the AAC Championship winning DMR team that broke the school record with a time of 9:41.29… Placed fourth overall in the 800m with a time of 1:52.64 at the AAC Championships… Recorded a personal best 3000m time of 8:27.76 at the Cardinal Classic… During the Meyo invitational, he ran a personal best 4:09.21 in the mile.
2023 OTF: Competed in six meets during the season… Placed second overall in the 1500m at the Jesse Owens Classic with a personal best time of 1:51.38… At the AAC Championships he competed in both the 800m and 1500m… In the 800m he placed eighth overall with a time of 1:51.38, a personal best.
2021-22 SEASONS
2021XC: Competed in three meets in his first season running for Cincinnati. His best finish was at the Bulter Twilight Meet 6k, where he finished 12th overall with a personal record time of 18:28.6.
2020-21 SEASONS
Redshirted all three seasons during the year...
High School: A 2019 graduate of Brecksville-Broadview Heights High School (Broadview Heights, Ohio)... set a team record in the 4x800m with a time of 7:44.26 his junior year of high school... he was also a state runner-up and national qualifier in the 4x800m... he is a member of the UC Running Club, holding the club record in the 1500m and 5000m.
