Here's a look at what's coming up this week in Cincinnati sports:

  • The cross country team will compete in the BIG EAST Cross Country Championships on Saturday in Syracuse, N.Y.
  • The football team will host Syracuse in the Homecoming Game at Noon Saturday at Nippert Stadium. The game will be televised on ESPNU and on the radio on 700 WLW. Cincinnati is 3-4 (1-1 BIG EAST).
  • The women's golf team will return from a week off to compete in the Memphis Women's Invitational on Monday and Tuesday in Memphis, Tenn. The Bearcats will then participate in the two-day FIU Pat Bradley Invitational next Sunday and Monday in Fort Myers, Fla.
  • The men's soccer team will take on DePaul at 4 p.m. Wednesday in Chicago, Ill. The Bearcats will then come back to host Syracuse at 7 p.m. Saturday in on Senior Night at Gettler Stadium. UC, which has clinched a berth in the BIG EAST Tournament, is 6-4-5 overall and tied for second in the league's Red Division at 4-1-2 BIG EAST.
  • The No. 23 women's volleyball team will take on IUPUI at 7 p.m. Tuesday in Indianapolis, Ind. Cincinnati will come back to host Villanova at 2 p.m. Sunday at Fifth Third Arena on Senior Day. The Bearcats are 20-4 this season and tied for first in the BIG EAST at 7-1.
