In addition to her work at UC, Redding joined the staff of the Puerto Rico Women's Lacrosse National Team in fall 2024. She currently serves as an assistant coach for both the sixes team and the 2026 World Cup-bound full field team.
Prior to Cincinnati, Redding was an assistant coach at Niagara University for two seasons and at Holy Cross for three. At both schools, she led the offense and coached numerous all-league players, including Rachel Crane and Shea Swartwout at Niagara and Keely Connors and Tess MacKay at Holy Cross.
Redding was a standout player at the University of Louisville, where she was a member of the 2014 Big East Championship and NCAA Sweet Sixteen team. As a senior, she earned First-Team All-Big East honors and was named an IWLCA North-South Senior All-Star.
Redding excelled academically at Louisville, qualifying for the IWLCA Academic Honor Roll twice and earning Big East All-Academic honors all four years. She was named to the Louisville Athletic Honor Roll and graduated Magna Cum Laude as a Dean's Scholar and Red and Black Scholar.
Redding graduated from Louisville in 2013 with a degree in Exercise Science, then earned her master's degree in Exercise Science from Louisville in 2015.
